The white, oblong tablet imprinted with “377” is an immediate-release prescription drug containing Tramadol Hydrochloride 50 mg. Manufactured primarily by Sun Pharmaceutical Industries (and historically Caraco Pharmaceutical Laboratories), it is a centrally acting synthetic opioid analgesic indicated for managing pain severe enough to require an opioid analgesic and for which alternative treatments are inadequate
